Yes, our menu is 100% vegan and plant-based.

Do you offer gluten-free options?

Yes, we offer a variety of gluten free options and many dishes can be made gluten free upon request. Allergen info and the option for gluten free preparation, if available, is listed on our menu beneath each item’s description. We ask customers to allow more time for gluten free items as our kitchen staff takes great care to follow procedures that will ensure safe preparation. 

What types of processed meat substitutes do you use?

The Philly Cheese Patty Melt, Classic Chee, and Smoky Impossible Bowl are all prepared using Impossible™ Meat which contains soy and traces of coconut. The Herb Steak Bowl is prepared using Beyond Meat which contains wheat and faba bean protein. The BBQ Wrap uses a gluten free, soy based protein that resembles pulled pork. Dishes utilizing vegan shrimp on our menu are made with a combination of konjac root and vegetable protein. 

What is your cheese made from? 

We use cheese made from a coconut oil base mixed with vegetable starch to create a delicious, dairy-free cheese alternative. 

What type of milk do you use?

All dishes that include milk, including items that are battered and fried, are made using oat milk which is a gluten free alternative made from oats. 

Do you offer gift cards?

Absolutely! Click here to purchase a digital gift card. You must enter in the recipient’s email address correctly when purchasing digital gift cards to ensure receipt. Gift card balances can be checked and reloaded there as well. You can also purchase physical gift cards in-store at any time. 

Where are you located?

In early 2023 we moved our flagship location to Madison, Alabama. Our current address is 7504 Hwy 72 W, Suite A5, Madison, AL 35758. Our restaurant is easily identifiable by street and building signage. If you’re unable to access us in person, you can order online for delivery through one of our partners. 

How can I get The Veggie in my city? Are franchise opportunities available?
